Preparation is for while you're still smoking: log every cigarette to understand your patterns. Action starts automatically once your quit date arrives, and gives you tools to get through cravings without lighting up.
An optional feature (turn it on in Settings) that learns the places where you smoke most and sends you a notification when you're nearby, even if the app is closed. It only uses location you've chosen to share.
Go to Settings → Apple Health and tap "Connect". Once connected, your breathing sessions are logged as mindfulness minutes, and your heart rate, steps, and sleep appear on the Health screen.
Log it with the same form as any other cigarette, marked as a relapse. Your streak restarts, but your full history and all your stats are kept — Vive is built around trying again, not starting over from zero.
Yes. From History, tap the share icon to generate a PDF with your full log — useful to bring to a doctor's appointment.
Long-press your Home Screen, tap the "+" button, search for "Vive", and add it. It shows your streak or countdown at a glance, without opening the app.
Yes. Everything is stored on your device and, if you're signed in to iCloud, synced only through your own private iCloud account. Vive has no servers of its own and never sees your data.
