On the main screen, tap the + button to create a new project. You can group multiple captures within the same project.
Acota offers three modes: LiDAR (on supported devices), AR (using the camera), and Manual (entering measurements directly on a photo).
After capturing an image, tap two points to draw a measurement line. You can enter the value manually or let the app calculate it automatically when the sensor allows.
Yes. From the annotation canvas toolbar you can insert text labels anywhere on the image.
Open a capture and tap the share button. From there you can generate a PDF with all annotations and export or share it with other apps.
All information (projects, captures, and annotations) is stored only on your device. Acota never sends any data to external servers.
You can choose between the metric system (meters and centimeters) or the imperial system (feet and inches) from the app settings.
